A few helpful answers.
A clear starting point for your event, your services and your first conversation with Lotus Production.
Is Lotus Production a wedding planning company?
Lotus Production is a boutique, full-service event production firm. We bring design, catering, photography, videography, entertainment, lighting, rentals and ceremony settings together from concept to completion for celebrations and corporate events.
Where do you produce events?
Our primary market is Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland. Tell us about your venue and event requirements during your consultation.
What is included in the all-inclusive wedding collections?
Signature, Prestige and Grand combine catering, floral arrangements, photography, videography, DJ services, accent uplighting and complimentary day-of coordination. The specific scope and per-person proposal are discussed during consultation.
Do you work with fewer than 180 guests?
Yes. Our all-inclusive collections are typically designed for 180 or more guests. For smaller events, we create customized proposals around your guest count, vision and services.
Can I book individual services or use my existing vendors?
Yes. We offer à la carte proposals, and collections can be adjusted when you already have certain vendors. Alternative elements may include custom décor, stage design, draping, dance floors, furniture, photo booths or other specialty rentals.
Which cuisines and hospitality services are available?
We offer Persian, American, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Full-service catering can include food, waitstaff, servers, bartenders, glassware, silverware and china.
How do I get started?
Request a complimentary phone consultation. Sharing your date, estimated guest count, venue, allocated budget and general vision helps us make the conversation useful.
Does Lotus take multiple full-service clients on the same date?
For full-service productions, we typically commit to one client per calendar date so our team can focus on the event. Availability and the applicable arrangement are confirmed during your consultation.
